Our 6th class girls participated in the Waterford Primary Schools basketball tournament in the Mercy Secondary school on Tuesday March 14th. As the first tournament post-Covid, the anticipation was huge and the girls had a wonderful day along side 10 other teams. With such huge interest, we were fortunate to be able to enter two teams on the day, while also bringing along some girls to help who have been a huge part of our training. Both teams performed excellently on the day and we are very proud of how they represented our wonderful school. For many, this is hopefully the beginning of their time playing basketball and we look forward to future tournaments.
