To kick off Maths Week in St. Ursula’s, Mrs Kiely’s 3rd Class and Ms. McSweeney’s 6th Class took part in an Izak 9 workshop. Izak 9 is a set of 9 colourful cubes that the children use in groups which make maths lessons really active and lots of fun. We joined hundreds of other schools on Zoom to show off our maths skills. We were given tasks to complete and the girls worked together in teams to come up with the answers. Take a look at the fun we had and how well we did.
